Hi Mark, I'm a 45 yr old chick from Sydney Australia who has always wanted to draw: I'm very crafty but have never been arty. It's really difficult to find a book that starts off teaching you to draw from the very basics and when I found your book, 'You Can Draw in 30 Days' I thought it looked brilliant. It is. I'm having heaps of fun just taking my time learning about perspective, placement and shading. The best part of the way you teach is breaking down forms into chewable bits that you can add realism onto, eg, drawing a tree – it's exactly what I was looking for.
